E-learning health and safety training has been becoming standard for years, and EHS Consulting implements it in full compliance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on health and safety training (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1327).
Each periodic training course available online has the same programme as classroom training, and the remote form is fully acceptable for most groups of employees (with the exception of manual labourers).
Periodic online health and safety training – how does it work?
All courses are delivered via the BHP Soft platform, which provides:
- full access to teaching materials,
- knowledge tests,
- training documentation in accordance with regulations,
- supervision of content accuracy by a health and safety specialist,
- the possibility of guided self-study (a form permitted by the regulation).
The programme of each course is visible within the training course on the platform, and its scope corresponds to what is required by law.
Scope of training for specific professional groups:
1. Periodic health and safety training for administrative and office workers
This includes, among other things: workplace ergonomics, psychosocial risks, harmful factors, principles of safe work organisation, employer and employee responsibilities, and rules of conduct in emergency situations.
2. Health and safety training for managers
The scope includes, among others: safety management, risk assessment, supervision of workstations, organisation of safe processes, analysis of accident causes.
3. Periodic training for employers and company managers
The programme includes: legal regulations, employer responsibility, creation of health and safety procedures, risk prevention, organisation of work in accordance with safety rules.
4. Training for health and safety services and employers performing their tasks
The scope includes: risk analysis, work environment factors, accident documentation, supervision of working conditions, current legal regulations.
Each course ends with a test, and the documentation (training card, certificate) is generated automatically by the platform.
Why is e-learning beneficial?
- it meets all legal requirements,
- it saves time – participants train when they can,
- it allows for easy monitoring of deadlines, documentation and test results,
- it eliminates paper forms and streamlines organisation.
Thanks to BHP Soft, companies receive a modern, secure and legally compliant model for conducting mandatory training.
