Periodic health and safety training for administrative and office workers - obligation and real value
Administrative and office workers, even though they do not perform physical work, are subject to full health and safety obligations. Pursuant to Article 237³ of the Labour Code and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on health and safety training (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 180, item 1860), the employer is obliged to provide them with initial training and periodic training, renewed at least once every 6 years.
