Providing Personal Data by the Training ParticipantProviding your data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to provide it in order for the Administrator to provide the training service in accordance with the Regulations. Failure to provide this data may hinder or even prevent the Participant from undergoing occupational health and safety training.
Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Every person providing personal data to EHS CONSULTING through forms placed on EHS CONSULTING websites is informed of the specific purpose for which this data is processed.

EHS CONSULTING solely uses personal data for the specified purposes, specifically:

EHS CONSULTING declares that it does not sell, disclose, or transfer the collected personal data of users to other individuals or institutions unless explicitly agreed upon or at the user's request.
